Regulations for purchasing and using saddles

Under Latvian law, the owner of an online shop must specify the conditions for the delivery and return of goods and the right of cancellation. This clause is called a distance contract (FC Regulation).
Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online shop, hereinafter referred to as the seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, conclude the following contract:

Terms of delivery and payment
The Buyer places an order for the goods via this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

Right of cancellation
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the seller.
