Long classic girth
This long, anatomically-shaped girth is ideal for sensitive horses, providing more room for movement and a lining to protect from rubbing. The leather part of this girth must be paired with a synthetic sheepskin girth lining (sold separately).
Long classic girth description
The anatomical shape of this long girth adjusts to fit all shapes of horses. Its refined cut and lateral elasticated cords provide greater comfort for the horse. Offset straps reduce and better distribute girthing pressure on the thorax. As a result, the horse has greater freedom of movement in its front legs which improves its locomotion.
The sheepskin girth lining (sold separately) helps reduce the risk of injury. The hypoallergenic lining on this girth therefore makes it suited to highly sensitive horses.
The velcro fastening makes it easy to remove and wash.
It also comes with a central D-ring covered with a leather flap to prevent any risk of snagging.
Why choose a leather girth?
Leather offers the best performance. It's hypoallergenic and provides unparalleled comfort for the horse. Leather is also a guarantee of quality and has a long life.
